Whether you are completely new to running or striving for a personal best, this program will help you build from the first class to race day. Our expert coaches will guide you and equip you with knowledge about proper form, hills, stretching and injury prevention.
Charlie has been a fitness instructor at Higher Ground since May of 2017 and has been a cross country and track coach at Westmoore high school since 2015. He has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from UCO. Charlie has a passion for coaching the youth, watching them fall in love with the sport, and all the improvements that follow.
His running/life mantra is “you can be proud of yourself and want more out of yourself at the same time.”
He trains at a high level and enjoys competing at various distances from the mile to half marathon. You most likely will see him at a local road race or track meet.
