Thinking of joining our 2019 Fall and half marathon training program? If we must say so ourselves, we believe it is a one of a kind opportunity! Full of fun, community and opportunities to chase your goals!
What will you be apart of when you join?
1.Monday marathon grinders
A 45minute class, designed to maximize your workout by combining interval on the treadmill with strength training. This is the ultimate combination to improve your overall performance. It’s important to implement strength into your fitness regime because it’ll prevent injuries, promote speed and incinerate calories.
2.Wednesday nIGHT track sessions
Workouts consistent of intervals, speed drills or hill work. A fun evening that we believe to be a weekly essential. You will improve your fitness, test your strength and get closer to achieving your half or full marathon goals.
3.Saturday morning long runs
We meet from various locations throughout the city, on Saturday mornings such as: Coffee Jerks, Gold Leaf and Hurts Donuts. They range from 6 to 22 miles. The distance is determined by your overall fitness, race choice and the amount of time from your race.
How will you know what to do if you can't come to the studio?
You will receive individual weekly training plans! With access to our coaches and staff, you will be available to have any questions you have, answered.
