Life can get stressful, don't you think?

We RUN everywhere. From work to the grocery store, from the grocery store, to pick up the kids, from picking up the kids, to a Doctor appointment, from the Doctor, to home to make dinner! How overwhelming! Does simply reading these words stress you out?

Well...It doesn't stop there... You've got to get get your morning, evening or lunch run in too! But did you forget? You must stretch, do some core and strengthening exercises, we don't want to get injured!

How much more can we fit into our schedule? Is being a runner worth the time and effort?

Even though life can seem like a lot at times, we are here to tell you that YOU CAN handle it. Here are 3 reasons to assure you that running will improve your life.

1. Endorphins

Running produces a chemical in your body called endorphins. Endorphins bring a positive impact on your brain that reduce your perception of pain. But they also

cause a positive feeling in the body. The positive feeling might follow after a run is known as a "runner's high," which can be accompanied by a positive outlook on life!

2. Supports mental stamina

Aerobic exercise has been proven to improve people’s ability in coping with stress — many studies investigate runners. While enduring difficult training, runners endure resilience and stress, to which mental stamina is strengthened. You can take on more than you think because of running!

3. Physical improvement

Studies have shown that runners are half as likely to suffer from knee osteoarthritis compared with walkers. Running doest not equal knee pain! But also, running torches calories, helping to keep one slim and fit. The fitter you are the easier it is for you to blaze through the miles. Who would have though you could step out the door and work your legs, glutes and core?
